I do like salmon
Besides being good for me,
it really is tasty, has a lovely texture and a beautiful colour!
This time I've wrapped my fish in foil
with lemon, vegetables, a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper.
After baking, the fish changes to a lighter pinkish colour.
For dessert:
Blueberry crumble,
Irresistible crunchy on top
soft, dark and sweet underneath.
Served casually
with cream and custard

this is comfort food to me too - I can eat salmon however its prepared - I often eat it raw... your dessert looks grand!
I want to cook salmon too! Can you tell me some ways of cooking?

Le Chien: Raw fish, not so much for me!
Marina: It's so easy, you can fry it in your frying pan, bake it in your oven, wrapped in foil or not. Even cook it in water (not boiling, water just under boiling temperature.) I prefer fresh or frozen salmon, not smoked.

Thanks for the respond! I LOVE smoked salmon! This fish is very common here. So I decided to cook it in the fry pan for a start!
