Before Christmas I got a new friend:
For a while I didn't know his name, but we spent time together.
The first times I got a bit exhausted, but we kept on meeting.
I know what he's called now.
Let me present my new friend:

I'm telling you
he is making me a better person!
When I feel a bit stressed, we take a ride,
and like magic I get so calm and satisfied.

That's a rather classic looking exercise bike. It seems that most of the newer exercise equipment requires a PHD to operate.
Its just the looks! There's no need for a degree to work it out, just climb on and go! The good thing is that it feels like an ordinary bike, so when it's icy, snowy, dark and cold outside I can still go biking!

doggy, had to check the definition in my dictionary...
1. A female fox.
2. A woman regarded as quarrelsome, shrewish, or malicious.
Crossing my fingers for alternative 1. I rather run around with 50 barking dogs after me (if I was an english female fox )or chase rabbits in a Norwegian wood...than being alternative 2!
My behind would never fit on that seat. What a shame.
I feel the same after I exercise, which should be more often.
