soft on the inside
It was a peace of cake!
No mardiness follow a serving like this

It's a beautiful cake, and my favorite kind: dense, moist and not frosted.
I like a plain cake too! this looks so good but I hope you wont mind if I load up a slice with butter
sweet - thanks! Is it good with gjetost - I still have half of the block and it seems as fresh as the day I got it - that stuff will last forever!
the gjetost might last for a long time, if you keep it cool. I bet we could have put a slice on the cake, but there's nothing left!
Kind of like a spiced pound cake?
