Roses and summer berries

Even if we have opened a new chapter of horror

almost every day these days

We are standing together holding hands

believing in democracy, freedom and love

There is no more roses in the flower shops

they have all been carried in our hands

held up to the sky as a symbol

and put down on the ground

together with cards with words of sorrow

compassion and condolences
