This is the way we do it at the cabin.
And no, there's no flush.
Its like they had in the olden days you know.
You just sit and let it fall
(sorry if it disturbes your fragile nerves.. )
Well, its all empty now.
The job was nothing to a brave girl like me!
See the newly covered "grave" behind it?
Thats were it all went. As the Teletubbies once said: All gone!

Truly disturbing. I had never thought of where the outhouse remnants went after being removed. Now I'll be watching my step wherever I walk.
Sornie: Bet that was a useful (and scary) lesson for you! I told my husband to stay away, did't want any drama you know!
he... it's a heck of a job but someone's got to do it...I am sure no one else in your familiy volunteered...
it looks nice though, newly painted? paint dried allready ? I get associations of the consequences - when yoy gotta go you gotta, wet paint or not... :o)
monica: oh yes, all new paint, all fresh and nice. And yes it was a trick to get the essential areas dry in time for the next visiter..
ok then.....
Oooooooooooh just reading your comment! Did you know the secret of yorks?hire puddings is to get the fat as hot as possible!
Happy Yorkshire Day to you and your hubby!
denise: I know! Thet was the scary part in the beginning! is it hot enough? will it catch fire? what is your verdict in my attempt, being a yorkshire-lass as I presume you are?
Wow. You're three steps beyond a brave girl. You're my hero.
