What is that casserole-y thing in the first picture. God it looks good. And the roses on that cake are equisite. They look like they have morning dew on them.

ve: I know! They are a mouthful of egg-delight!

Le Chien: Wow back at you for your lamb vindaloo! Halleluja!

Robin: In the casserole on the stove there is Fish soup (with garlic and chili) and in the square one in the front its cheese and cream grated potatoes (with garlic too! mmm!)

Robin sa...

Okay. Cheese, cream, potato's and garlic....

Got the recipe?

Anette sa...

robin: I peel and slice up enough potatoes to fill whatever pan or container I want to use in the oven, then I put the sliced potatoes in another pan to boil it on the stove for a while, in cream mixed with milk, and with plenty of garlic, salt and pepper. When the potatoes are tender, I fill my pan with it all, and sprinkle cheese on top. Then I leave it in the oven (200 C) for about 20 min, or till it is cooked through and the cheese is golden.
