Copy cat

Cooking is somtimes about borrowing other peoples ideas!
New ways of cooking
adding new stuff to the repertoire!
Good old Pringles, crushed
And Chicken breast in pieces
turned in flour, egg and pringle crumbs
Fried in oil
Crispy pieces served with tortellini and vegetables
Thanks for the idea Christo,
this is officially one of our new favourites!

I AM PROUD....it is so good isnt it - the pringles are kind of sweet and salty and they make the crust so unique..
