Hidden beauty

The other day I got this grass smelling little ball
I kept it in my pocket until I came home
Magic happened when I dropped it in a jug of boiling water
The shy and closed ball
opened and turned into a flower

Pretty isn't it!
Now it's time for a cup of tea.

I love how these tea flowers work - so cool - and did you know the mushroom in your header is poisonous - or did I tell you that already?

it is pretty. Seems almost too pretty to drink.

Le Chien: The mushroom is called "fluesopp" in Norwegian, an is a well known poisonous mushroom in our woods. Put dangerously pretty dont you think?

Marjie: I almost forgot to drink it, cause I was admiring it for a long time!

Ayamlin: I have to go to an oriental shop to get it. A friend had bought this one in China.

Buffalodick: I've only seen it once before, and I thought it was like magic!

its latin name is Amanita Muscaria there are a few varieties - some are psychoactive while others are poisonous - you need to know the exact one

Le Chien: I think the vikings used to have some to get even wilder than usual, on their rape and plunder missions...
