If you want an alternative to our beloved mashed potatoes

In Norway we have a saying:"... can't see the forest for the trees"
But sometimes we can se both the forest and the trees
And they are equally important!

love it, love it and love it... well, the glass anyway... actually, Jägermeister sort of grew on me this summer on Crete; my parents served it freezing cold. Hm, tror vi kanskje skal ha en flaske med til Hirtshals..

Our trees almost all look like yours now. A few species have yellow leaves clinging to them!
We say the same thing in Greece!!!
I had never thought this kind of food! I prefered it as a salad, boiled or not. Great idea!
