She's baking

sweet dough, all flat
cinnamon, sugar, raisins and butter inside
roll'em up
and voilá

Le Chien: sometimes I mix a drop of egg white and icing sugar and put it on top. You can also put thick custard on it, between the rolls, before you bake it, lovely!
