I had half the dough from yesterday left, wrapped in foil in the fridge
and this time with home made pasta
Then on to another new ingredient:
Pangasius bocourti or Basa
I've seen it where get my groceries,
but it's not a common fish
in the Norwegian houshold.
I thought: I'll check that out!
Googled a bit, and asked a friend for advice
He sent me some ideas and a link and suggested
So thats what I did

nothing beats fresh pasta -once you have it nothing is as good....and the basa looks like something you have been making all your life - it looks so tasty!
...and that folks is dinner...love spicy, cajun cat fish and good job on the homemade noodles!
I've never used brown sugar as an ingredient in a fish recipe! Sounds just great, and your pasta looks very nice, too!
Sometimes I wonder if I communicate with a famous sef (YOU) and I don't really know it....!:)
Everything you make looks so yuuummy...that I wish I could take a bite from them! But then again I'm lucky you're so far cause I would be fatter...and I already have some extra kilos!!!

Le Chien: I was surprised how easy the pasta making was! and the blackening of the fish, I'll try that on other types too caus it tasted very good!

Tavolini: The orange did the trick! And the pasta: both ravioli and the plain, it was easy and didn't take so long time either.
Catfish is big in America- most of it farm raised now..
