Cape Cod

I got som big chunky slices of fresh cod today
I let it stay in simmering water for a while with salt and bayberry
Served with potatoes, carrots, melted butter with pieces of hardboiled eggs in
That was a good piece of fish I can tell you!

You pretty much always make me hungry. But, honey? Never the cod. I can't be converted to fish. Just can't. I was raised in beef country.

Le Chien: I ended up eating most of the fish with my fingers, its easier to fing the bones then, so slurping, yes, but skin, definately no!

Buffalodick: There was a piece for you too, because it was to much for us to finish.
