Salmon fish cakes

Some salmon filetsmix with garlic, potato flour, salt, pepper, chili and leek

make your cakes with a spoon and fry them in a fryingpan

Good and filling brain food!

antigony: those reciepes are in my head, but i tend to remember things I hear about what goes well together, and I'm not afraid to try things out. I keep tasting it, to see if it works..

tavolini; these pieces were frozen, but the quality is good. They are very good baked too!

monica: you should make some, it's very easy!

marina: I like it when it looks nice, but I'm not to fancy, I like it a bit rustic. If you lived closer you could have come over for a taste, of course!
