One of our favourites
Plain and nice

With the Norwegian "potet lompe"
our version of the Tortilla

(I like to add mustard, and maybe crispy onions)

Wrap it and enjoyAnd root mash

Le Chien: We eat from 1,5 (thats me) up to 4 (thats my husband and maybe my son). They fill up well! There are some left in the pot, my son loves them cold and will probably have some tomorrow.
Potet means potato, thats correct. I've never made them myself. We always buy them. The ingredients are potatoes, wheat flour and salt (and E200 and lemon acid according to the wrapping)They are very common, and well liked, together with frankfurters!
