I've got mail!

Baking again, and feeling rather Chrismas spirited.
Coconut-macaroons with fine cut almonds

I checked my mail, and guess what!
My first christmas card had arrived!
From a new friend Antigoni in Greece!
That made me very happy!

With an ornament inside!
Thanks Antigoni!
Whish I could share some Christmas cookies with you and a cup of tea!

That is a beautiful ornament. We love macaroons, also!

Le Chien: It was lovely, with a good cup of coffe!

Marjie: They are easy to make, and very popular!

Arizona: I love Greece too! Met my husband there! (he's english)

Buffalodick: The clue is to have enough coconut, or they will go very flat.

Antigoni: It was a pleasent surprise, as you probably could tell by my post! Happy Christmas to you and your family too!
