Le Chien: Thanks! It was as tangy as we want, and the cream was like a lovely vanilla cloud on top. I've posted the photo on foodbuzz.. I'm just an amateur at these things so far... but learning!
I haven't had rubarb in forever...
You cook the lamp with the same way we do it. I'm sure everyone enjoyed your dinner. And the sweets after that. I wish you many many cooking for the new year (i hope that wish is for the best for you). I hope you like cooking as much as i do.
Buffalodick: I love rhubarb, my mother has a gigantic one in her garden, I go down to her a few times during the summer and serve myself and put it in the freezer!
