Just enough fish left the day afterTo make a munchy sandwich just for me

Bread, lettuce and fish, thats all!
So yummy!

oooh yeah! I would have taken the skin and made it crunchy in the toaster oven and then crumble it in know I LOVE salmon.

Nice looking sandwich, but I wouldn't eat the fish skin, regardless of what Chien says. Your rye bread looks nice and soft, too.

Le Chien: Fish skin.. Not so much. But the rest.. oh yeah !

Marjie: A lot of our bread looks like that, fresh made. Many Norwegians wouldn't eat bread unless it was baked the same day, but I'm not that funny about it.
